  • Physical Therapy: In-home or in-clinic

    Every new client will first receive an initial evaluation which consists of a comprehensive in-person physical examination and review of your medical history. Together, we will create your personalized treatment plan based on your specific goals. Then we will get to work!
    In our sessions, we will review and maintain your progression using evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, education and more as needed.

  • Virtual Physical Therapy

    Your treatment plan or daily circumstances may call for virtual sessions. I offer virtual physical therapy in 30 minute sessions via phone or secure video conference. These sessions will review your progress, answer your questions and maintain your momentum toward achieving your goals.

  • Prenatal Water Exercise Class

    Come enjoy increased buoyancy and low impact exercise in an 85 degree pool with other expecting mothers! Each class is 45 minutes long and includes an educational portion with rotating topics and informational handouts for you to take home. Classes are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Envy Sports Club in Manchester.
